All participants must comply with the following directives.

Team Composition & Eligibility

- Teams must consist of 3–6 members, all from the same university.
- Each individual may register in only one team.
- All members must provide their NIC number.
- IIT members should provide their IIT student number.
- Finalists of past CodeSprint editions cannot take part in CodeSprint 11.

Team Registration & Modification

- Team details, including name and membership, cannot be changed after registration.
- Subtrack selection is final and cannot be modified once chosen.
- The Team Leader serves as the sole point of contact for the Organizing Committee.

Compliance with Event Guidelines

- Teams must strictly adhere to all event guidelines across all phases.
- Violations may lead to disqualification.
- Physical workshop slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Code of Conduct

- All work must be original — plagiarism or the use of non-original code without attribution results in disqualification.
- Participants must act professionally and with integrity.
- Unethical behavior or harassment will result in an immediate ban.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

- Participants consent to the use of personal data for verification and event coordination.
- Photos, videos, and recordings from the event may be used for promotional purposes.

Disqualification & Appeals

- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to disqualify any team for non-compliance.
- Appeals must be submitted to the Appeals Committee, whose decision remains final.
